The New Mexico School
of Music is pleased to offer APS Students the opportunity to participate in
EXPLORING MUSIC:: Here and There. This program explores music from around the world, including the United States. Experiencing music of
other cultures can inspire, stimulate and engage young students!
Each grade level will focus on learning folk songs and discover the rhythms and
instruments of that country. They will learn basic music theory, the
family of instruments of the orchestra, and learn about a famous
composer. This Program also includes:
