Private Lessons

Our private lessons are designed to fit each student’s learning style and musical goals. Students will learn to play a music instrument or sing in the most traditional and effective way and, at the same time, progress at their own pace. Our private lessons are much more than just private instruction. The school offers students many opportunities to participate in recitals, masterclasses with world-class artists, competitions, out-of-state and out-of-country festivals and summer programs, as well as informal, student-friendly musical parties. Children and adults are welcome, but not obligated, to participate in any of these events.

With private lessons, students can enjoy both individual attention and customized scheduling. Each individual lesson can be scheduled once a week at your convenient time Monday through Saturday. Lessons can last 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour, depending on student’s age and ability level. Students can register for lessons any time of the year or month. No prior experience is necessary.

Semi-private lessons are available for two or three family members or friends who share the same passion for music. Please call for more details.
