Care of Students:
The School is not responsible for providing before or after summer program care for students.
Students are not to be left at the school for an excessive amount of time (15 minutes or more)
before or after classes. All camp students (Music Day Camp, Rock 'n Roll, Broadway Singers,
and Piano Camp) need to bring a sack lunch each day (please no hot lunches). Lunch is not
provided by the School.

Injuries:
Parents or legal guardians of campers waive the right to any legal action for any injury
sustained on school property resulting from normal camp activity or any other activity
conducted by the camper before, during or after camp section time.

Camp Behavior:
The School reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for behavior that it regards
as inappropriate or dangerous toward other students, teachers, staff, equipment or facilities
of the New Mexico School of Music. There are no refunds for early dismissals from the School.

Photo Release:
The School is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the campers to use in brochures,
web-sites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials necessary for the operation
of the school. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs
in its name.

Payment Information:
Prices do not include sales tax. No refunds will be given, except in cases
of severe illness. For individual students who have not previously registered at NMSM, there is
a registration fee of $15 to enroll in Summer Classes. Family registration, for two or more
students, is $20. Family discounts are available; please call (505) 266-3474 for more details.
